1. Delivery methods and times
We offer two delivery methods:
- Standard Delivery: With this delivery method the maximum delay between the placing of an order and you receiving your package will be eight working days.
- Express Delivery: With this delivery method the delay between the placing of an order and you receiving your package will be two to three working days. Please note that express delivery is only available under certain conditions and cannot be offered if these conditions are not met (the time the order is placed, the size of the order and the place of delivery etc.) See conditions for express deliveries here.
We are committed to delivering your order by the delivery date stipulated when you order is confirmed in accordance with the delivery method you choose. Delivery is carried out by transporters chosen by My M&Ms. The name of the transporter charged with delivering your package will be confirmed by email when your order is dispatched.
2. Countries we deliver to
If you order via the www.mymms.co.uk website, delivery can be made to the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) excluding the islands of Jersey, Guernsey and Man.
If you order via another My M&M’s website in Europe deliveries can be made to:
- Great Britain
Each country has a dedicated My M&M's® site. Delivery rates and conditions may vary from one country to another. If you order via one country's website but wish the delivery to be made to a different country then the price of the products may change slightly when you confirm your basket.
We do not deliver to any destinations not included in the list.
3. Delivery address
When you place your order you can choose a delivery address that is different than the invoicing address by filling in the "Delivery address" section accordingly. Choose an address from your address book or add a new delivery address.
If your order has not been dispatched, you may still be able to change the delivery and/or invoicing address by contacting out Customer Relations Department. Please have your order number ready when you contact them. If, however, your delivery has already been dispatched we will be unable to alter the delivery and/or invoicing address. 4. Tracking your order:
You will receive an email on the day your order is dispatched. In this email you will find a link to our transporter's website so you can follow delivery progress online.
If your order contains several packages, our transporter will do their best to ensure all arrive together in one, single delivery. In the event that one or more of the packages is missing, please contact our Customer Relations Department which will make inquiries and inform you of the re-delivery date.
Should you be absent when your package is delivered, you will be informed of alternative delivery possibilities either through an information slip being left at the initial delivery address or via email or a text message. We would like to remind you we cannot leave packages in mail boxes as this may affect the quality of our products.
Should your order not arrive by the delivery date and in the absence of any information notice please telephone our Customer Relations Department straight away, with your order number to hand. For details of how to contact our Customer Relations Departments see ici.
5. Delivery rates
Our delivery rates, detailed in the table below, are based on the amount of your order, the delivery method chosen (standard or express), the place of delivery, outdoor temperatures (in the event of hot weather, temperature-controlled packaging entailing additional costs may be necessary in order to ensure optimum quality of goods during transport - see the "summer" table) and/or the weight and volume of the package.
Our standard shipping is free of charge and express delivery costs £8
You will be informed of the delivery rate for your order before you proceed to payment.
